One of the many bridges that you will encounter along the way add to the splendor and serenity so close to the heavy traffic on Rt 1 yet so far away.
I called this Covered Bridge Pre Snow. Check out the base pool of Chocolate.
FALL BEAUTY AT DAWN
These red steel crossing bridges dot the Pennsy side all the way up to New Hope. The colors in this shot show summer trying to hang on but Fall is winning!
Turning around after skiing through these open gladed runs made my jaw drop. Check out the way the light catches those frosty trees. The run wasn't bad either.
BEAUTIFUL FALL LANDSCAPE IN THE MIST
This Stately Hotel sits up the hill a short walk from the Crystal Brook. The massive tree trunk frames the Hotel with the mountain in the background. The snow with fresh fallen leaves are a rare bonus!
Called Fall Canopy Canal this shot had vibrant colors, reflections and great contrast with the bark of the trees. I love this one.
A new storm came in giving us even more fresh snow. for perspective this skinny little evergreen on the right is about 40 feet high.
BIRCHES & EARLY MIST
I called this (Beauty by Two Elk Lodge). This statue in Black & White which is backlit by the brilliant sunshine gives you a sense of how beautiful this mountain can be.
GREEK PEAK EARLY FALL
Just above the wing dam near Lambertville some riders glide among the fallen leaves just below Lambertville NJ
Simply called (ASPEN Beauty) this stand of ASPENS with the afternoon sun directly behind them along with a jet plume and bright blue skies made this picture jump out at you.
RUSTY SHADES OF ARLY FALL
BARK OF THE BIRCH
CANADIAN ROCK & CHAIR
This country lane also near the lodge has a great view of the hills and the fall colors with the surprise addition of some October Snow.
GREEK PEAK VIIEWS
Another shot of awesome aspens up above the valley floor.
CRYSTAL BROOK BEAUTY IN THE FALL name says it all!
